Our 1-on-1 tutoring sessions for students in kindergarten-3rd grade, are specifically tailored around your child. All sessions take place via Google Meet. Pick a time, and join the link from a laptop, ipad or phone.

Sessions are 25-minutes long, just enough for meaningful practice without your kid getting bored. Book a 55-minute period if your child can work longer.

The first session is an assessment to determine strengths and opportunites for growth. Following lessons are all about strengthening those needed skills until your kid gets it. That's what we do.

Our mission is to give your kid the best advantage possible in reading and math… to catch them up, move them ahead and instill the kind of love for literacy and problem-solving that will keep them there. We provide 1-on-1 tutoring with an experienced Special Education teacher, at your scholar’s own pace. Our methods meet your child right where they are.

All this, for only $25 for a 25-minute session (or $50 for 55 mins). This really is a labor of love.

The jump is a crucial change in academic expectations for reading and math, that happens in the third grade.

Students move from learning to read, to reading to learn. They’re no longer taught to sound out words, but are expected to read fluently enough to pull info from the text.

Hi there! I am Miss Brandi, a special education primary math and reading teacher. I love what I do so much that I wanted to reach more children than just the ones that came through my classroom. That's how the Literacy Acrobat was born! My passion is in strengthening those all-important foundational skills in reading and math.
